I’ve been going here for over 2yrs and I only see Kiki. My skin is super soft and sensitive and my toenails very troublesome. Kiki takes very good care of me and my needs always. She also give amazing massages and really gets all my tension knots out! Great staff and facilities!

I have been coming to this place for years. I always make an appointment cause I know the girl who does my nails is always busy. She’s wonderful. But the owner for the 3 rd time double booked her. I made my appointment for 1:30 I’m always on time if I’m late or can’t make it I call and let them know. But today I walked in 5 mins before my 1:30 appointment and he tells me my appointment was at 12 noon. I told him it’s the 3 rd time his doing this to me. I called few times after making my appointment to make sure they were open cause it’s thanksgiving and confirmed my 1:30 appointment. This man did not even apologize for his mistake. He has really bad customer service. Always changing prices at last minute as well. I never once complained about prices cause I like the way the girl did my nails. You lost a really good customer today mr sunny. I would love to give you some customer service lessons on day.

I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Wasn’t anything special. When she did my nails I had black polish on from before and some corners still had black when she was finished. The worst part is that my gel French mani turned yellow! It’s been a week and it’s yellow. For something that is supposed to last longer, that is not ok. Trying to get in touch with the manager or owner and having no luck.

My mother in law had a horrible experience – she asked for gel manicure, they gave her regular polish but charged for gel! And they insisted it was gel but they didn’t use a uv light…and it was wet. They took advantage, charging her $45 for a regular manicure :-/
