Excellent service with a welcoming clean environment. Just got my nails done for the first time today and I couldn’t be happier with them. When I made the appointment the person was very patient with working with my hectic schedule. When I arrived I was greeted and shown where to choose my color. The nail tech was extremely pleasant and very good at what he does. I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon and I plan to continue to go there.

I went in today for a set of acrylic nails and a pedicure before I leave out of state for a wedding. My pedicure was fine but my nails are awful. I’m extremely upset with them, not only do they look like they need a fill already, one has a dip in it and there is acrylic all over the edges which means I’ll have issues with lifting. I spent over 100 dollars which definitely wasn’t worth it and now I’ll have to find someone else to fix them.

Went in Friday for a mani pedi with my daughter for a Saturday wedding. In 24 hours, the manicure had huge chips falling out. Within 48 hours about 1/3 of the polish on my finger nails was chipped off in huge chunks. I wear latex gloves to load my dishwasher! I try to take care of a manicure! I have never had a manicure fall apart in this short time! On a positive note, the pedicure is holding up. This is the 24 hour photo

I tried this place twice. First time I went , got a manicure and gel painting. My nails chipped within two days. I went back and had the fixed. The second time I went I asked for a polish change. On their menu it stated a polish change is $15. I was charged $30. The owner refused to give me a refund. He finally said he will give me a $5 refund instead of the full amount. I do not recommend this establishment, nor will I ever return there.

I went here to get my birthday nails. Not only was everyone super nice, but Tim did a Wonderfull job! And just to make sure i liked my nails, he would check to see if i liked what he was doing about ever 6 minutes or so. Will go here again in the future! If your goung i reccomend Tim! This salon has the kindest nail techs – everyone there is hard working. I have been to other places in the area and none of them have the kind of customer service that makes you want to go back. I won’t go anywhere else! Looking for someone who you can consistently count on to get your fills right every time? Tim’s talent really is exceptional!

I will never go to this nail salon again! It was my first time here and noticed the next day that the nail polish didn’t cover my entire nail. Also I chipped my nail the next day and it is chipping off in layers. I have been to so many nail salons in Maine and I never leave bad reviews but I have also have never had a nail chip the next day. I will not be returning here ever again.

Salon is beautiful, and clean. Extra cleaning precautions being taken for Covid. All of the nail techs, and other workers are always super friendly and they do a fabulous job with nails and pedicures.
