Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI never get my nails done but I decided to go here because I needed a relaxing thing to do!! First I did the pedicure and the woman who did mine was very professional and made sure everything was done nicely before I left! Very enjoyable!! Then I got a dipped acrylic manicure and the owner (Lee, I believe,) was so amazing!! She took longer than I thought but omg! They look so amazing!! It was worth every Penny and it was way more affordable than a lot of places and frankly this is one of the best nail jobs you’re gonna get!! Thanks sunny nails for the best experience!! I never get my nails done but I decided to go here because I needed a relaxing thing to do!! First I did the pedicure and the woman who did mine was very professional and made sure everything was done nicely before I left! Very enjoyable!! Critical: ValueI came in wanting only acrylics, which are $35. Before we started the process i showed her the photo of how i wanted my nails to look like and then after i reconfirmed and asked if these are only going to be acrylics only and she said yes. At the end when it came to pricing, it came out to $75! I was in shock and asked why is it $75 if i asked for only acrylic and you said it would only be acrylic. and she said she put gel on top and that if i wanted a design it’s an extra $7 but she charged me $5. I told her that i was never told this and i showed you the picture in the beginning and you said only acrylic but now you’re telling me you put gel and charged extra for a design without telling me? Critical: QualityTerrible quality!! I went for a very basic overlay fill in and gel polish on short nails. They probably filed my nails a total of 9 times during the process. It eventually started to hurt and I had to tell them not to file anymore. Long story short, I went back 3 days in a row to get the same nails fixed. My gel polish literally chipped off and bubbled up hours after I left and again the next day after they fixed these same 3 nails. Let me also mention that it took them 45 minutes to simply polish and cure 3 nails with gel polish. I went back for the 3rd day in a row and they repolished my gel 3 times before it finally came out with no bubbles underneath. She said it was either the new bottle of.polish or the quality of their curing light. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend and I won’t be going back.Service: Gel manicuresTerrible quality!! It eventually started to hurt and I had to tell them not to file anymore. Long story short, I went back 3 days in a row to get the same nails fixed.
