This was probably the worst nail experience of my life. I went to get an acrylic removal and a manicure. They didn’t do soak offs instead the lady was ripping off the acrylics and it was torturous it hurt so bad. And to top it off she ripped nail off and when I told her she kept denying and she was saying that that’s how my nail was and u can clearly see the skin under my nail exposed and the blood.

DK does a good job on my nails. Kathy was angry at me because I was 4 minutes late. Would not let me pick my color and told me twice angry to sit down!! When DK was done with my nails he told me to stay and let them dry. DK left and then Kathy told me it was time to leave. I was unable to dry my nails so there are areas that the polish came off. I am tired of dealing with KATHY. If it wasn’t for DK, I would not come to this shop. I hope the owner reads this. I have been coming to this shop for many years and don’t like to leave reviews, but I’ve had it with KATHY!

I’ve gone to this place enough times to give them a 1 star. If I could give no stars at all I would. They are unprofessional and the owner is absolutely ridiculous. I got my nails done today, ( last time I’ll be going here) and she literally cracked open an orange while filling my acrylic. Also, the lady that did my pedicure pulled out a USED pair of gloves?? Overall they are unsanitary. I’ve gotten done by just about every worker and they are either too slow, wayyyy too fast, and they don’t care about your needs or wants. I ask for a specific shape everytime and still end up being charged for coffin (WHICH I DIDNT ASK FOR)! Their prices are cheap and the quality still isn’t worth the cost.

I got my nails don’t last week! Friday! And all literally popped off today! I never write reviews or rate but I’m very upset. I was already mad that she was rushing because 4 people walked in wanting a pedicure and she did not have enough employees. She did not do my nails as I wanted. Some were longer than others. And today they literally all popped off starting off with lifting. When I walked in I asked how much for Gel nails and she said $22 so I waited than I sit down and some lady come and drills my nail not even drilling my full nail. She’s drilling with the cuticle one only. I said don’t you need the harder one she said oh yes. Than she adds the nails to my finger tips by even knowing how, she’s asking me if this matches. So I move to the front I’m sure the owner and I was not happy at all! Than she says gel is $32. Oh really you said $22, well I didn’t even argue I paid it. I will never go there again or recommend that place to anyone.

I went here for the very first time I thought they were going to do a good job since their was a lot of people and when I was getting my nails done by them they cut me once and she apologized I said it’s okay I thought okay it’s just one cut than she kept going she cut me 6 times !! My nails were done but I had cuts on top I don’t recommend coming here I’m very upset!!! Never coming here again they rush and they are not careful.

I stopped going there years ago. One acrylic nail they put on was different color of white and when I objected the Mgr told me it was my nail. That was the last straw after many cuttings of feet infections, attitude of employees, feeling I was being insulted in another language, and misuse of tools while manicuring. Now there are plenty of other salons who do a better job in this area. My favorite is Five Star Nails. Nicest staff. They aim to please. Spend extra time to get it right. David is the best.
