They gave me a new technician and the pedicure looked like a child tried to apply polish. I’ve been there many times and never had such a terrible polish job. She did a great job, however, on the liquid paraffin wax application to my feet. Pedicure, Nail cut & filing, Manicure

Went here for several years and although there has always been aggressive upselling, I was fairly satisfied most of the time. However, in the past few visits, the owner has become increasingly rude and the salon has gotten dirty. Really dirty. (God only knows what all is sticking to those COVID shields that stand about 6” from your face, but nothing that a daily wash with some warm soap and water wouldn’t remove.) This final visit upset me on several levels but the most egregious was that I was repeatedly asked to disclose how much I paid for my brow tinting (at a permanent makeup salon.) I finally lied and said, “I don’t remember.” This may seem petty but my decision to find a different salon is a culmination of several incidents over the past 6 months or so. Years ago, I recommended this shop to friends but not anymore.

Everything was clean but I felt very rushed for spending 100 bucks on my nails and toes. Nails look very rushed, I even had to ask if they can take the Polish off of my skin next to the nails. Could of been a better experience in my opinion.

My daughter took me here for Mothers day. First time. So disappointed she paid $100 To do a manicure and pedicure plus have my nails designed. Sloppy job and attitude. The stones fell out within two days. The embarrassment of having my customers tell me what a horrible job and that I should’ve went back to get corrected unfortunately I don’t live in Brenham.

Very poor service. I got my nails done on a Monday and by the next Monday the shellac on my nails were already peeling off. The main lady that works here was absolutely disrespectful and caused pain to my cuticles with no apologies.
