What a horrible experience. The lack of expertise was sad. There were kids hovering, call phone ringing and the only patron was me. It should have been a tip off, but hind sight is 20/20. The tech was majorly distracted, resulting in cutting my finger with a nail file and made it bleed. The tech spoke no english, but caught on I wasn’t happy. An older guy came to take over but wasn’t too much better. I felt like a little kid was doing my nails. Never again will I go here, cutting corners cause it was close to my house, but never again!

My pedicure came out great but my dip polish on my hands came out horrible. Dip polish started lifting the very next day and now after a week later they look like they’ve been on for a month. Chipping, lifting, and breaking. Clear coat has almost completely peeled off of all my nails. Would not recommend for dip ever.

Critical: QualityWORST dip polish EVER!! He only put 2 layers on and every place else I’ve ever been has put at least 3 on my nails. They were still so weak that I broke one just trying to take a tag off a shirt when I got home. Then LESS THAN 4 HOURS after getting them done the top coat bubbled and started peeling off!! WORST dip polish EVER!! He only put 2 layers on and every place else I’ve ever been has put at least 3 on my nails. Went for Mani and peti to get ready for my wedding on Sunday. The gentleman that did my pedicure only put one coat of polish on and cut 2 of my toes. Also last 2 times I was there I made it clear that I wanted my brows done and they had no one free to do it. Not looking to good for my wedding. I have been going there for 5 years and am not happy any longer. Sorry Ty and Trina but not the same. I will have to go elsewhere.
