Been here before and the service was OK however went to return today an hour after opening and was greeted very rudely and with disrespect. Sign states they take walk-ins however upon entering and asking for a manicure and pedicure I was abruptly told ‘ no, no way. we can’t do. U should have called to make an appointment’. Ironically there was only one customer in the store and 5 staff members. Sadly, I have two gift certificates that were given to me that I will NOT be using.

Was given a gift card since I had been here before for mani & pedi. Called on the phone and asked if they took walk-ins; was told yes and person hung up before I could ask or say ask anything else. Drove 20 miles just for them to tell me they could not accommodate and to call next time. I informed them I did call and was abruptly (yelled at) told that didn’t have an appointment and to make one next time. Instead of getting into an argument, I shook my head in disbelief and left. A complete waste of time and money (for the individual that purchased the g.c.). Staff is rude and ignorant beyond belief. Surprised they are still in business considering the many negative reviews.

The male that did my nails was SO RUDE! He kept yanking on my fingers, I would move them closer & then he would push them away. I couldn’t figure out what he wanted. He also hurt me several times & laughed. He hardly spoke the entire time. Multiple people came in while I was there & they turned them away, said they didn’t have time. Half the time, they wouldn’t even answer the person, just ignored them. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Horrible service!! Doesn’t deserve 1 star!

First I have to admit the place is very clean and the employee’s are very sweet! But, they barely buff your feet ( mine feel rougher than when I went in) they don’t use sugar/salt scrub like most places do..also didn’t notice half of one of my toes is unpolished – a shame because they’re really nice people!
