Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIf I could give them a 10 star review I would. I love Hannah, Grace, and Esther. You are treated as family when you walk in their door. It feels like you’re home. They go above and beyond with everything they do. They remember your families names etc. they deserve nothing but the best in life. Honestly and truly. No matter how far away I move, I will ALWAYS keep them as my nail place ❤️Services: Nail art, Gel manicures, PedicureIf I could give them a 10 star review I would. I love Hannah, Grace, and Esther. I’ve been to Sunny nails several times and always had a pleasant and relaxing time. Since this is to treat myself, I go when I know I can relax and not worry about the time. It’s very relaxing and the women take the time to do a thorough manicure and pedicure. The leg massages are nice as well as the shoulder massage after. They do a great job.

Nice and clean place. They have adapted their services based on covid. The only issue I have is that there are no nail dryers. They use drops to dry polish. I understand the need to not have clients linger but my nails were all smudged when I got home

Bad..Bad..Bad business etiquette from owner… I went for pedicure & asked if they do design. I was told yes. So I picked color & got in the chair & asked where are the sample designs? lady didn’t answer but said what design u want? So I showed one I had on my phone. & it was simple enough…putting dots, creating half circle on the toe finger… but the lady could not do good job so asked to remove the design & make different design. Well the owner got upset & said they don’t have time to do this!!!! She got angry & was rude. so I said ok, no design, just paint my nail. Then I asked the owner how come they don’t have design samples so that is when the owner tells me that they don’t have it!!!! I didn’t make a big deal about anything, they are only nails! it was not worth the aggravation & I knew this was the first & last time I will ever be here. I still tiped the lady who did my nails 20%…. it was a decent thing to do for her time & effort…. But as far as her business, bad dealings. No customer satisfaction & they simply don’t care. But they will lie to get a customer… anything for money.

I called earlier in the day to set up an appointment. When I arrived, of course no one was available. The wait wasn’t TERRIBLE but considering I went during my lunch break, 15-20 minutes is an inconvenience. I picked out a gel color and the lady told me that the consistency was too thick, she asked if I could pick a second color. I picked a similar color to the original. She then proceeded to speak another language to her colleague. I’m assuming she said the consistency was also too thick, but didn’t say anything to me. She placed the nail polish in the machine that keeps the hand wraps warm and went ahead and started doing my nails. She did not soak my hands in water, she did not push my cuticles, she did not trim my cuticles. During this time frame, she asked if I like the glitter polish (it was a metallic color) and I said yes, she stood up, looked through her polishes, but no other was similar to the colors I had previously selected, so she came back and continued. [On a side note: Another thing I did not appreciate, was that utensils are not cleaned in between each client. This may be an out of state habit, but what I am used to is that they have a plastic pack with utensils that they have previously sterilized, once used they set aside, and will re-sterilize before putting it into another plastic bag to use on clients again. In this case, she has a little basket and she has them ready to use on who she wants… I say that because again, they were not used on me] I let her know that I wanted a French tip, not in white, but in the color I selected. She gave me options that were basically white, and I asked her to please do it in the color I selected. She continued to turn on the LED machines, which I thought was odd since she hadn’t touched my cuticles, but though maybe she would do it at the end? She went ahead and painted my nails. She did ask if I prefer a thick or thin line which I appreciated. Most salons I have gone to have a used white French tip brush that soaks in acetone in case people use other colors, as I did. She used the brush on the actual nail polish bottle and drew on the tips. At this point, I’m just keeping my mouth shut to be polite. The final product was very disappointing. She only did one coat of the color for the tip, so it is not a vibrant as the color should be, the line is not precise as she did not use a thin brush. Now, I have seen a few other people use the brush from the polish bottle, but will then proceed to use another brush to try and clean up the look to make it look straight and sharp. In all, I got my nails clipped and a bad polish job while getting back to work late for $35. Not coming back again. [No one was rude, that is the only good thing I can say about this nail salon, yes they do add lotion to your hands if that even matters]

The ladies here do a great job. They are very nice and they give you a 1-2 minute massage after your mani/pedi is done. price is average but they do have a monday-wed special of $30 for mani/pedi. I also get my eyes and lip waxed, i never break out from it. I would recommend going here 🙂
