The pedicure i loved. She was so nice and was neat and careful with everything. The acrylic nails design was cute. But the shaping needs improvement. I have one nail longer than the other, i have acrylic stuck under my nail that they didnt take off /clean off and on a few other nails. Have bump on my nail but that might be because of the glitter. I felt like it wasnt worth that much money for the shape of my nails to be left that way and to have acrylic stuck under a few nails. And it was a big triangle size of acrylic stuck under my nail thumb.

Thought this place was good at first; went a few times for gel pedicure & full set nails, no issues. Went in today for pedicure and to soak off my nails. Instead of soaking off, the guy used a tip nail to work off each nail. Not only was this painful, but it messed up my nails. My nails are now cut down to the meat and several of them are split. Won’t be coming here again!

Critical: ProfessionalismI called ahead and confirmed 3x “there is no wait right?” guy on the phone said no “kevin is free” i said “ill be there in 15 mins i have no time to wait please just be honest.” He said “ok come we see you soon”. Waited 35 mins before someone started working on me anyway…. Kevin did not even help me, it was a lady, very kind but deceptive. I kept telling the lady she was using two different colors on me i just wanted to match. She kept saying “wait for it to dry”… COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLORS. Then during my manicure i kept saying “please dont use the machine, my nails are thin and theyll break. She insisted saying “its fine”- Would not listen to me at all. Wasted so much time and my money. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and now I dont know what to do.UPDATE: 4 of my 10 natural nails have broken. my nails only break when the machine is overused- EXACTLY what i asked her not to do repeatedly. I have chosen not to go back here to have them fix the color. I called ahead and confirmed 3x “there is no wait right?” guy on the phone said no “kevin is free” i said “ill be there in 15 mins i have no time to wait please just be honest.” He said “ok come we see you soon”.
