So, I went there today at 10:25am for a removal of artificial nails, an it wasn’t until 11:00 a lady came to sit me down an get to me, mind you the place was pretty empty an only 2 people were getting their pedicure so it was relatively empty. A lady with glasses came to me an began to cut my nails on my right hand an once the length was gone I assumed she was going to get an electric drill to drill off the layers of my nails; however, she pulls out a box of nail tips an proceeded to YANK my fake nails, after a couple pulls I told her it hurt an that these nails were gel so they needed to be soaked off… she completely ignored me an RIPPED my entire pinky nail off along with the fake nail and I had to scream at that point because my nails were burning an in pain. She ripped off so much nail that I have been trying for MONTHS to grow out in a matter of a couple seconds. I’m disgusted with their service! If I knew she was going to rip off my fake nails I would have never bothered going into a salon to begin with and would’ve done so myself?! Please never go here! They have the worst service ever!! The lady did not even apologize or feel bad for what she did. It’s sad that I had to tell an employee of a nail salon how to properly remove nails!! I walked right out of that disgusting, gross place, never going there ever again. (Would give zero if it was possible)

This place was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, very punctual, and very affordable. My technician shaped and cleaned my nails, provided a hand massage and did an excellent job painting. I highly recommend and will be going back soon!

Just not what I expected for the prices they charge. $60 for a pedicure and I have had much better pedicures elsewhere and for less money. She barely rubbed my feet or my legs. It was like she was in a hurry to get done. I don’t live in this area but if I did I wouldn’t come here.

I’m giving this place 5 stars because the manicure was *really good* – BUT I would highly recommend making an appointment if you want to avoid a long wait! Tina did my nails and she seemed to be in charge. The manicure was very thorough. I got French gels – in the past I’ve had bad experiences where nails weren’t buffed well enough or French tip wasn’t a nice smooth line, but she made sure my nails were nice and clean before painting & did a great job. The manicure took a while but the quality made up for it. Also – it was cheap! Only $30 including French. Highly recommend so long as you make an appointment first. Call ahead!

Changed my rating: This place never has enough staff anymore. When you do actually get someone they do OK work but then give an attitude and then only are pleasant when you give 20% or higher tip. Don’t go on Mondays the staff on that day are always unfriendly. Used to be a good salon, I don’t know what happened.

This was my first visit and that will also be my last. I gave it two stars because the staff was friendly and the woman who did my pedicure was gentle and quick. When I was done I just glanced down at my feet and it looked pretty good, but when I came home and took my flip flops off I noticed small bumps or bubbles on my big toenails. Well I have attached some pictures so you can see it yourself. ☹️
