Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI hate giving bad reviews to small business but this one deserves one. As soon as I walked in I was asked what kind of massage I wanted. I told her 60 mins full body massage and focus on my left shoulder as I pulled a muscle. She asked me how am I paying? Odd! I said I was going to pay with a card. She asked me to pay upfront…odd….I was like okay. I paid and I asked her I’ll fill the tip portion after the service.The massage was anything but relaxing. The two ladies working were talking and giggling so loud. I DID NOT get a full body massage. I only got back, shoulders and legs massage. Just the back of my shoulders and legs. I hate giving bad reviews to small business but this one deserves one. As soon as I walked in I was asked what kind of massage I wanted. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityExcellent strong massage! I started going to the salon after the lockdown and have been going regularly ever since. I usually see Becky who is extremely strong but I’ve also had massage from the other ladies and they’re all great. The salon is super clean and and very relaxing. Highly recommended!

I usually see Becky who is excellent at deep tissue but have have gotten good massage from the other girls when she was booked. Highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWalking in it smelled of sewer, the lady rushed me into the room and began to rub me very vigorously and fast it was very painful. after flinching she eased up but still began to rub quickly as if she was in a rush. Walking in it smelled of sewer, the lady rushed me into the room and began to rub me very vigorously and fast it was very painful. after flinching she eased up but still began to rub quickly as if she was in a rush. She was checking her phone every 5 minutes while rubbing me with one hand it was very unprofessional, after dressing and going to the front to sign my receipt I put zero for the tip and she was upset and rolled her eyes the whole experience was on professional I will not be returning.
