Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI called and made an appointment for a 60 minute foot massage. I drove thirty minutes to get there and they would only do a thirty minute massage because they said they were busy. I was the only person there. It’s not much more money for an hour which is why I originally asked for one. You pay up front and they demand a twenty percent tip up front before service. She tried to end the massage 5 minutes early. When I complained about that she seemed annoyed. Customer service was terrible. I called and made an appointment for a 60 minute foot massage. I drove thirty minutes to get there and they would only do a thirty minute massage because they said they were busy. After about 20 minutes went by lady showed back up. Told her problem areas and she seemed focused on other areas. Seems to be a kind of place some folks are looking for but not myself. Went in today for a massage after long drive. Had locked up back and needed massage. Paid up front then told to wait 10 minutes as they were busy. After about 20 minutes went by lady showed back up. Told her problem areas and she seemed focused on other areas. Seems to be a kind of place some folks are looking for but not myself. Hopefully this helps all. Good luck but not for me!

Critical: ProfessionalismThere are many things I dint like about this place let’s start from beginning they asked us to prepay that’s still fine but 1 hour is $60 but they asked $75 instead so asking tip $15 dint like the idea I would have tipped more if I liked the service then they put me and my sis in the same room with bright light and loud music also they both were constantly talking in their language the entire session I also asked them not to talk as it was disturbing and I dint feel relaxed hearing their loud conversation also one of them had to go out to attend the customer and the person who did my massage when her phone rang she went to take her phone and cme back also they did only back side dint do front side and ended the session in 45 mins instead an hour overall dint like the atmosphere and environment worst experience ever !
