Showed the picture of which hair style wanted, but it seems there were misunderstandings. End up with huge disappointments. Nothing even close to how the picture shows. The Curly hairs start to becaome straight even at day 1 after the perm. Not recommended for people who do not speak Korean. Very hard to communicate with the hair stylist.

I’ve been going here for 3 years now. My first visit was nerve-wracking. Sunny speaks very little English, I speak no Korean. Would she understand what I wanted. Took pics and hoped for the best.

While Sunny doesn’t understand English very well she does understand hair. Although I’m male and my haircut needs are simple, she somehow always makes it so I walk away feeling I have more hair rather than less. If you can communicate to her what you want she will definitely give you a great cut.

I’ve been going to sunny for years. She knows hair especially Asian hair. She does a great job on color treatment, even with black hair it’s a one step process to dye it to another color without damage to the hair. Although sunny does not speak English, bring a picture and use your cell phone for google translate.
