I called dozen times trying to speak with someone and no answer. I called because I wanted to know if they were going to still be open if i arrived 20 mins to closing. When I arrived she was busy cleaning so maybe that explains why she didn’t answer. Just no sure why she didn’t hear it after 12 consecutive calls. Today I arrived 20 mins before closing time only to be locked out. I wanted to use my 1 week package to the fullest extent so that’s disappointing. There hours are misleading and no one answers the phone. As for the staff themselves they are kind and the packages are inexpensive.

As for my experience, I’ve been calling for the last few days and no one ever answers the phone. I’ve called several times throughout the day each time because I wanted a membership. I have left voicemails telling them, a couple of friends and I all wanted to buy memberships, yet no one has ever returned my calls.

I paid $25 for unlimited one week package only time I can come is the morning so I’m here by 10 and is supposed to open at 10 and there’s nobody here in fact right now I’m still outside the door and it’s 10 after 10 and still nobody here I don’t have time to come all the way back to Adams this is kind of ridiculous few hours are you open at 10 and someone should be here
