Amazing salon I’ve been coming here for 5yrs and I have never had better experience anywhere . Not only are they sweethearts of people . The prices are affordable and the service top shelf. I recommend them to everyone.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMade an appointment three days in advance. I showed up on time and she decided to take five people ahead of me. After waiting twenty minutes i became upset plus being pregnant i was not happy. She never apologize or even try to acknowledge i was upset . when i told her it was unprofessional and she didnt even call me to say she was taking five people for quick trims she said she lost my number. My hair was going to cost 300 that day. So she chose 5 trims over real money and an appointment. I will never go back and dont recommend this place to anyone you will be upset and unhappy. I was extremely disappointed in the hair cut. I gave the girl a picture of exactly what style I wanted. When she turned me around to see my hair, I wanted to cry. You can always cut more off, but you .ca not add to a disastrous hair cut. It was so short it looked like a man’s hair cut. I asked for shampoo, cut and style, well there was no way for her to style this butchered hair cut. Yet she still charged my card for the shampoo, cut, and style. Will never return!

Last time I came in here I felt I was very precise and efficient at explaining just exactly what needed to be done to my hair, and the lady ended up adding waaaayy too many tiny layers and THINNING my hair without me asking for that. I wanted to freak out in my seat. People actually like having volume in their hair, I don’t know why she thought thinning mine out so much was a “good” thing. I ended up looking like a kpop disaster from the 90s. Only reason they are still up is because they don’t charge too much and it’s a very very poor rural area.
