I was extremely overwhelmed with the process of buying an infrared sauna for my spa because there are SOOO many options out there. I didn’t just want to buy a sauna on Amazon and be left to figure things out on my own. The most important factor to me was finding an infrared sauna company that had actual people I could talk to if I had questions. THIS is the reason I went with Sunlighten. From the beginning of the purchase process, the quality of communication and customer service from Sunlighten was amazing. Kate was my representative and working with her is how I knew this was the right move to make. Kate was patient and responsive. She answered all of my thousands of questions before, during, and even AFTER I made the purchase. I love that the consistency of the communication did not change or stop once we purchased! Aside from the pleasant purchase process and excellent customer service, the sauna itself is incredible. It’s very well made and it’s BEAUTIFUL. We have the amplify 2 and we love the chromotherapy lighting and built in speakers that came with this sauna. The sauna was relatively easy to assemble but I do recommend watching a few YouTube videos before you start assembling. The written paper instructions that come with the Sauna were okay but the videos were more helpful and easier to understand. Also, the assembly is a two person job.

I just ordered my Sauna yesterday, 10/5/22. But my experience so far has been amazing. Dealing with Kyle Jackson on everything has been absolutely amazing. And he has made himself available anytime of the week to speak to me on questions that I have, via phone call or text. Thank you Kyle for all you do! I so can’t wait to receive my MPulse Discover.

Ordered a solo unit and tried to return it the day after it arrived. It had never been used. I paid $2,726 for the unit and was told (see email below from Sunlighten) I would only received a refund of $1448 because half of the items that come with the unit are deemed as an “accessory” which are not returnable. Not a very honest or good way to run a business.

I can only rate my experience because I have not received the sauna. A major factor of our decision was based off what was in stock and local so we could receive it quickly vs waiting 10 weeks like some of the other ones. We were quoted a 2 week delivery because it was “in stock”. 6 weeks later we still do not have a sauna or even someone who can tell us when it will arrive. 12K is a lot for no sauna and no idea when one might arrive.

If you put in a request on their website which is the only way to see prices, beware they will harass you by robo calling you over and over until you answer. Based on that experience alone I would not buy a sauna from Sunlighten. The representative that called me “Tom” was also rude when I said what you guys do is harassment. He said no it’s not this is medical product. I love infrared Sauna’s but this is a completely unacceptable approach.

We have had our MPulse sauna for over a year and have had multiple issues with it getting hot enough. We bought it for our clients to use, but approximately 80% of them are dissatisfied with how hot it will get (129 degrees max)! It also takes our sauna 75 min to warm up to that temperature. I have changed the heaters multiple times and have personally maintenanced it myself since there is no one to come out and look at it. Many of our clients have been interested in getting one for personal use, but after using ours, has deterred many of them to look elsewhere. I feel like we wasted our money on this one. It is relaxing, however not hot enough for most people. I wish we were able to have the option to trade it in for another one, but that option is not on the table.

I ordered the Sunlighten sauna and the delivery instructions were never clearly established by the Sunlighten sales team. The third-party delivery company told me they can not bring it to my condo on the 2nd floor. I explained I was never communicated this and also that I have a torn shoulder and was unable to carry it. When calling Sunlighten to help calibrate this issue I was told to call friends and have them help carry the sauna and they can not and will not help. This is not a full-service company and candidly I am disappointed with the very sales-heavy experience and lack of actual customer satisfaction. A real customer-first approach is a support from purchase to set up.
