I’ve gone to this salon many times (10+) pre Covid, and just came back a couple of times again. I usually do dip powder, and have been always happy with my results. The technicians I’ve had have been patient, and kind with me and executed the designs I’ve asked for and I’m especially grateful for how they shape nails, I’m always nervous to change shapes and am obsessive with them all being perfectly the same, and they bare with me and make sure they get it done the way I’m happy with it 🙂 Their spa pedicure is nice, I’m not sure how the price compares to other places, but for $45 it includes a 10 min foot massage, hot stone massage, parrafin, and of course pedicure. I treat myself to it once in a blue and it’s totally worth it. C was great! Linda and Angel have been my recent techs and were great. And looking around the salon everyone is treated well and is happy with their results.

This is probably the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. There is one lady, her name is Tiffany, and she is the BEST. She is a real artist and does insane designs on your nails. I highly recommend. The device is very nice. They give you a nice little massage for free after sitting for an hour with them working on your nails. And then they bring out the hot towels. Overall, I enjoy this nail salon a lot and they have a very clean and comfy practice.

Worst experience ever. We went with my sister to do a gel manicure. They put aluminium foil on her nail to remove the previous gel. After 40 minutes, she mentioned the nails burning and why he didn’t start the work. He said he had a customer even though we had called and mentioned that we would be there in 20 minutes, and we were two. They told us to come; we have availability. After mentioning all of this, he said that if she wanted, she could leave, so they are not professional, and they don’t know how to treat a customer. I will never come back because of their rude behaviour.

They were overpriced, and they were very rude, I kept saying I did not want UV gel, but they still used it. They did not file my nails properly. A lot of nails have different shapes. I asked questions and they ignored me. My sister also went there and they completely ignored what she wanted too. I am never going back there.

Absolutely love this nail salon, Melo is awesome! I was apprehensive to try the coffin shape on my nails but he assured me my nails were just long enough to try it……..they came out great! I’ve had my nails done here 3 times, powder gel, and each time they last 4 weeks which is fantastic. Overall the salon is clean, very sanitary when it comes to covid precautions.

Critical: Quality, ValueI have gone to jasmine nails a hand full of times and each time they did a good job. However, this is the last time I will be returning. The woman who did my powder gel manicure had zero experience applying the powder and it turned out clumpy on my nails. I asked her if she could fix it and told me she would “later“ and the end product was still clumpy and very poorly done. I went back to tell them to fix my manicure as I paid for a poor job. Nobody apologized and they did not even offer me a discount for the poor experience. Best nail salon I have ever been to. I’ve been going to all different nail salons my entire life and Jasmine Nail Salon is the best one. The manager Jay is very nice and very welcoming. They have excellent customer service skills. My favorite nail technician in particular is Melo, he is extremely skilled, very patient and very nice. If you show him a picture of what you want he will do exactly that and he doesn’t miss a step. He always goes the extra mile too. As do a lot of the technicians there. Like any place you will get your bad technicians but it’s rare here. They do amazing pedicures and they don’t rush you out as some places do. It does get very busy in there and if you make an appointment you still have to wait so make sure you have time, however it is worth the wait. Also Joy is another fantastic technician that I highly recommend! I will always come here! I won’t go anywhere else. Not to mention the prices are 100% worth the service. I always do SNS as well as extensions with a design and a $35 spa pedicure. In total it usually comes out to about $80 and change, which is not bad because the nails for at least a month for me and look amazing every single time, especially with Melo’s service! Worth every penny!

MY WIFE COMES HERE ALL THE TIME!! TIFFANY IS HER FAVORITE! BUT THEY ALL DO AN EXCELLENT JOB!! MY WIFE IS THE ONE TO GET ALL THESE CRAZY DESIGNS, AND THEY DO IT WITH EASE! & I MEAN AS IN PAINTING IT ON YOUR NAIL; YOU WANT A TEDDY BEAR ON YOUR NAIL? THEY GOT YOU! YOU WANT ANY CARTOON OR ETC. ON YOUR NAIL? THEY GOT YOU! AMAZING! & SAME WITH THE MANI-PEDI. NO MATTER THE SIZE OF THE PERSON, ETC., THEY DON’T JUDGE, THEY JUST DO!

The staff is friendly, prices are fair and quality is good. However they have ZERO respect for your appointment time and constantly overbook. They make you wait and move from chair to chair then when they finally have someone available for you they are rushing. It’s unacceptable and if you go there you need to be prepared to wait. I went for a pedicure and UV fill in and was there over 2.5 hours.
