I have been coming here for a while now and never had a problem, they have always been good and have nice beds. I recently found out I have to move away urgently due to family medical issues. I knew I probably had a lot of tans left so I found out I have 6 tans to use in 5 days before I move. This is literally impossible for me to use all these tans even going everyday. I was hoping to let my husband use 1 so I didn’t lose any tans since I would only be able to use 5 of them. The girl had to call her boss and she immediately said no, no consideration or anything. I then asked well then could I be refunded for any of them then. Also no.. this is policy there are no refunds. I totally understand policy but I also know that you can make exceptions for certain circumstances. It was just one tan I was asking to be used by another person or be refunded and absolutely nothing. I really thought there would be more humanity in the world to understand things happen out of our control and to just help me out. Well she got what she wanted because I won’t be back after that. I don’t have time for toxic and inconsiderate people. I wasn’t trying to take advantage or ask for much at all, just a little consideration would be nice since I know if I were a friend things would be different. Maybe you don’t all agree with me but I know those who believe in common curtesy and humanity will and that’s what we are missing a lot these days.

New owner new hrs (seems so far same promos)! That is not a bad thing…just info. M-Th they cl at 8pm now. So if your not out of work by 7pm &can’t make it there in a half hr don’t bother. Unless your part time. Then u would have plenty of time to go on days off. They didn’t shorten or elongate the F-Sun. I’m speaking for my friend who runs a babysitting service, “it’s a shame they never had longer hrs open on Sunday’s bc I would totally go earlier than noon, or later after 4pm”. But ppl need a break too&they’re already open daily! Take care of yourself everyone!

The guy that works here (poss the owner) is super helpful and always smiling! I love it here. He always makes sure I fill out a slip of paper for the monthly draw (5 free tans) every time I go. He always makes sure to help with timing sessions for when you are first starting out so you don’t burn. The beds and rest of the facility is really clean

I honestly didn’t know everyone was still OK with writing their full name & phone number on the sign in sheet, in 2021? It’s honestly a prime target for creepers. Hang out in waiting room waiting for a woman to get a fresh perm .. then use her name & phone number for his plan in his windowless van.
