Very friendly staff. Excellent customer service. I have only been tanning for 3 days and I have noticed quite the difference. Using the level 2 package and tanner with bronzer but these beds are wonderful. Can’t say enough about the friendly staff! Tanning

Critical: ProfessionalismFront counter personnel is beyond rude! As people are leaving the tanning booths with no mask, I was attacked for not wearing one in the door! I simply requested a room, was abruptly told no you need to put a mask on! I asked for one was denied.. So I cancelled my VIP membership. We need a change of personal at this location. Front counter personnel is beyond rude! As people are leaving the tanning booths with no mask, I was attacked for not wearing one in the door! I simply requested a room, was abruptly told no you need to put a mask on! I asked for one was denied.. So I cancelled my VIP membership. We need a change of personal at this location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do a good job on tinting eyebrows and lashes. Also great with the eye lash lifts. I have super blonde eyebrows and lashes. Most tints dont last. I can get about 2 1/2-4 wks. I wash my face everyday. Shorter only because I was in the water more during warm weather

I bought 12 tans last year just before Covid hit and only used 4 of them. I went in today to start tanning again and was told that they were expired. I was upset because I had already paid quite a bit for them. I won’t be returning and I will be telling my friends about this.

I signed up for the month to month and with don’t have enough time to get in here so decided to cancel. They told me I had to wait till one billing went through to cancel. I did. I came in on the 10th of December 21 days before the end Of this month and they told me I had to go another month. They have to have 30 days notice. She wrote my agreement for 1-31-19. I told her I’m not signing it since one it’s not 30 days from today not 51 days and two I don’t agree. So she said she can’t cancel me since I won’t agree to what they said. Looks like I’ll have to use this as my cancellation and cancel my card to cancel. I was going to switch to the book method but since they are so greedy I’ll go somewhere else and make sure everyone knows about their shady billing practices.

Clean place, but the service here is terrible. The receptionist sold me on a package that was “through the end of the month” but it was never honored. If you go here you’ll probably get a nice tan but you’ll get less than what you payed for.

This place is very clean and the staff have always been upbeat and helpful. I love this place and get a great tan from the VIP beds. Also they run great specials on Facebook.
