I’m really bummed that I did not have a good experience here. Robin was nice and had me in and out within 30 mins. Everything was fine until I rinsed it off 3 hours after as instructed. I informed Robin that night after my rinse my tan faded a lot and my farmers tan was back and I was uneven. She said to rinse again and my tan would develop within 24 hours. Next morning my arm was spotty and uneven. She asked me a ton of questions about what soap I use, when I showered last, when I exfoliated last, etc. These questions seemed to be something that should’ve been covered before my appointment since I did inform her it is my first time spray tanning before hand. She did not apologize, show any remorse, or offer me any type of solution. I drove over an hour and paid $40 for my tan. I have a huge party to attend and sadden my tan looks bad. I will never return here, or get a spray tan ever again.
