I was visiting from Michigan and came to this place to get my nails taken off and a new set. This lady with shoulder length hair and highlights had started on my nails and didn’t examine my nails at all just started clipping my nails and went all the way down to my pinky nail bed and I started bleeding. I asked her how long she have been doing nails because she didn’t even look at how long my nail bed was and she was just doing a lousy job taking off nails. So she passes me to a guy that doesn’t know how to do nails. He did a horrible job. It was so dark in there so I could really see well after he was done. I didn’t tip well because he kept asking me to get something else instead of what I want. I will never return to this place. The next day my nails was already lifting up on the side and I noticed right away that they were uneven. I was visiting from Michigan and I didn’t have time to go back the same day. Went back the next day and the owner of the salon says for an extra $20 he will fix them. I already spent $45 on this ugly set. The owner obviously doesn’t care about the quality of product or service he offers.

3AM and my fingers still hurt from the Careless and Totally Unprofessional Owner doing my nails today. He cares about How many butts move through his chair. Total Loser! I have cuts on my sides and under my nails! When I told him that I did not like the shape of my nails that they looked good…his response was “I will never do your nails again”. It was so relaxing, their pedi chairs are AMAZING! Didn’t give 5 stars bc the price for the option I chose was $25 but they charged me $30 and I didn’t add anything on plus they charge a convenience fee for paying with a card. But the service was great!

She got the powder so that shouldn’t even be possible after two days. She went in to try to rectify the situation and the owner had an attitude like she was bothering him. Told her she would have to take it up with the technician that did her nails and that he had the slightest clue as to when he would come in today. Even though he was there the whole time. After she waited an hour Andrew finally came to her pretending to just get there and told her she would have to wait two more hours or more before he would get to her. They were rude to her, extremely unpleasant, and didn’t seem to care because they had already gotten our money.
