I spent $120.00 to get partial weave and left without any noticable difference in my hair. The colorist was loud and overbearing. I had to listen to vaccine conspiracy theories and several personal stories about how smart and amazing she is. It was bizarre. She even insulted my hair color choices as I was ready to leave. Since everyone there was privy to her poor coloring skills and inappropriate choice of conversation topics, I can only assume the bar isn’t set very high for this salon.

The owner of the shop over processed my hair. When I got home my hair was gummy and falling out. Still having breakage today. I tried to discretely call the owner of the shop to ask for a refund. She told me no and that I just needed to put a conditioning treatment on my hair. She tried to tell me that my hair breaking off was normal. I have long hair so this is going to take a long time to grow out.

Great first time experience. They were able to get me in short notice for a root touch up. My stylist LD did a phenomenal job, was super friendly and the price was great! They also have other services like tanning and waxing. I highly recommend giving them a call!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueYou guys!!! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Im not joking – she took my hair from a dark Auburn red, to a light ashy gray/brown IN ONE SITTING……. GENIUS! I am looking at going gray/silver, and i will be able to do that in two weeks…… not 3 months like other salons said – and i got a SAME DAY APPOINTMENT!!! This place has a customer for life, it was a miracle what she did to my hair, what no other salon said they could do. Called to make an appt. The woman who answered seemed rushed. I confirmed the date and time twice because of this. I had to make the appt. 4 weeks out due to my work schedule. When I showed up for the appt. She had no record of it saying it “didn’t get written down in the books.” Should have known by the way she was rushing me when I called to make the appt. Will NOT be back..

Clients are mostly elders. If you’re looking for fresh color and cut, save your time and go elsewhere. One attempt to go to my natural hair color resulted in green hair. So they agreed to dye it black to attempt to cover the green. I don’t mind the black, but was really excited to have brown hair again. Everyone was super friendly and talkative. Again, great for elderly needs; however young adults, not so much.

Critical: Quality4/2021. Heather the stylist did my hair. I have naturally medium brown ash hair. From my root I have 3-4 inches of grow out and blonde on the bottom. I told H I wanted to match my natural color and pull some of that color through the blonde. I have used her once before and she did a fine job. So I came back. Well first she use terms I have never heard of as the color she will be using something along the lines of “double neutral“ I don’t remember the exact verbiage. I should of know right there our visions might not be the same. The appropriate thing to do would be to use the verbiage the customer would understand like medium brown ash color.So she weaves that 50% of my hair with this color that I don’t really know what it will look like because she didn’t use a descriptive color that I would know. She rinses out the hair and it is way darker than my natural color I would say it would be a dark brown almost black especially against the blonde hair so right then and there I knew this was not good. And then probably about 25% of it has splotchy spots, black to blonde black to blonde down the shaft. She notices it mentions in it and says that she’ll go back through with more of this dark color and cover up some of those major spots. So I leave with darker hair than I intended to have and still some spots. She says give it a few days go home and wash it and let me know. It was about a week and a half go back into the shop to say “I have not wore my hair down one time” because I can still see spots.She then proceeds to say she sees nothing wrong with my hair and tells me that she’ll just go back through and lighten my hair for $85 that’s when I walked out I will not return! that you completely deny that there’s nothing wrong with my hair is awful to me when I left the first time you knew there were spots still in my hair. Please avoid using Heather because if she makes a mistake she’s not gonna own up to it after the fact. Everyone that works there will tell you, you look amazing even though you look like a spotted hyena. They will lie right to your face and make you believe they are the most amazing salon on earth. My first perm! I was waiting for my appointment and read a terrible review, chickened out and started to leave. When I told them why I was canceling they reassured me that they would make sure I had a wonderful experience and I did! Heather did a superb job with my hair and me.
