Got my nails done on Thursday the 29th. Most have started to chip. Not impressed for the money. Disappointed as I got these done for an event and had hoped they would hold up at least two weeks, considering it’s gel. The appointment also felt rushed, even though we booked a spot. Will not be back.

I will never go back here. The lady was so interested in her phone had a show streaming rather than her customer sitting in front of her. I told her not to even worry about putting the gel polish on my nails and to just stop. There’s bubbles in the base coat and it’s so tacky because she didn’t want to leave my nails under the light. I ended up walking out she wanted to charge me $25 for just shaping my nails and taking care of my cuticles. I said no way was that happening. They don’t have to worry about me ever coming back or referring anyone to this business.

Horrible Customer Service. I did a walk in with my family there were 5 of us in total. We told them we all wanted to do pedicures and potentially add manicures. The women who owned the store told us okay and to go sit down at the chairs so we did so. As we were taking our shoes off she came back over to us and said we’d have to wait because they had 2 people coming in for an appointment. We said okay that’s fine and asked if we’d still be able to sit at the chairs since no one else was there and there was space for us and the 2 people who had the appointment to sit. At first the lady said yes we could sit and wait there but a few moments later told us no we could no longer wait at the chairs. When we asked why we couldn’t sit at the chairs anymore she very rudely told us to go to another shop and began to repeat “go to another store” “go to another shop” We said okay fine we will where are some other shops we could go to and she just kept repeating herself”go to another shop” It wasn’t until another customer had to step in and tell us about the Delux Nail Shop up the road that we ultimately went to. Again the customer service was extremely rude, they kept changing their mind about what they wanted us to do, and when my grandmother asked to use the bathroom one of the women looked up at her and then looked away without answering. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to be treated with respect.

My bestie went in there and she got cut tf by some lady doing the pedicures and the lady was sloppy on the painting and all ,my bestie was telling me she wasn’t doing good at all one of the worst experiences by far …. yall beware of them… it’s cool make your hustle aint nun wrong with that but at least be good at your hustle.

The technician doing my nails had a video steaming on her phone the entire time she was doing my nails, watching it intently. At times she would stop what she was doing on my nails to watch the video. She was so preoccupied with her digital entertainment that she missed doing steps in the manicure. Very rude and dangerous to the customer! Do not recommend.
