Very unprofessional! Didn’t take my name, no paperwork, no questions about pre-existing conditions or contraindications for their “walk the back” massage. I asked for deep tissue and was told that’s the kind they give. I found out afterward that as a breastfeeding mother I should have never been walked on. Draping protocols weren’t followed, another woman kept coming in and out of the room speaking to my therapist and not closing the door. This is not how things are supposed to be done! I’m bruised and have nerve pain in my back now.
