The massages are amazing and they have a loyalty punch card and its a full hour, not just 50 minutes. And they offer free items like got stones, tsble shower, etc. The organizational skills are something to be improved upon, they never know if Ive booked ahead or not, which I always do, but its never been a problem because they just take me to the massage regardless. I gauge that more to a language barrier. But it doesn’t even matter. I feel SOO good afterwards.
