I scheduled my appointment for aesthetics and paid deposit. On the day of appointment, I received text to change to later time. No problem. I then spend my whole day in downtown to be on time for appointment to then get a text to cancel again. Still, no problem. I requested a refund and she then offered a Saturday time late night. I did not see text until next day and then I confirmed. Only to be told that someone booked my time slot. I kindly asked for a refund for my deposit and nothing. It’s been well over two weeks and nothing. She has not reached out to me via text or anything nor has she replied to my messages. Bad business practice leads to no where. I’m new to Valdosta and this is soooo disappointing. I love supporting black businesses but this is unacceptable.
