I have been a solid customer for 4 years now was new to the area. I always buy elite package every month. About 10 months ago an elite bed ( there is only 2) was down for at least 3 months before being repaired leaving all of us to one bed or down grade at the same price we paid for our elite bed. Everything was fine for a few months. Then a platinum bed went down ( which should not effect elite customers) but it did they allowed platinum customers to upgrade at no cost of course they all wanted to upgrade creating a long long wait anytime an elite customer tried to tan. After about a month they finally got the platinum bed fix but NOT BEFORE AN elite bed was damaged taking it out of service. For the last 3 months we have once again had to share only one bed with wait time at peak season being anywhere from 45 minutes to hour and half unless we one again downgrade at our own expense. They say they are waiting for a technician to come and fix the bed. This is fine until I could not tan again last week due to air conditioning being out rooms being to hot. Still no compensation. With gas prices no one can afford to make many trips to tan or not even be able to tan. I called several tanning technicians to see if maybe there was really a back log and that was really what was hold them up nope I was told my all three they could be at any location within 2 hours. They said depending on if parts needed ordered or not the longest fix time would be one week. After telling them what was wrong they said that it was less then 3 hour fix. Yet it is still not fixed. The biggest problem is elite packages are still being sold like nothing is wrong causing the regular elite customers even longer wait times.

Went in to tan on Friday night on April 8th at 7:15 and I was told that I could not tan because they close at 7:30pm . I tan in the elite bed and was only going to tan for 10 minutes. The lady working at the desk said I’m getting out of here at 7:30 so you can tan ! Ok …. Guess I’ll be tanning somewhere else from now on. Tanning

Every bed you get to use is amazing!! Im so happy with my tan!!! They always have great deals on the unlimited packages and usually bogo on minute packages. You definitely get your money’s worth. Absolutely the best spot to tan!!

Looking for a great place to tan?? This company is it…. excellent service, great hours, easy access location from the interstate. There staff is amazing… I have very sensitive skin and they always take very good care of me. Great prices on packages and the selection of lotions is fantastic. The staff is very knowledgeable to help anyone with questions about tanning or products they carry and will even suggest what to try. Super hot bulbs and they are always making sure they are new. I have also used the spray tanning systems…. wow you look really nice and it lasts too, and your not orange afterwards either. This place is amazing, I highly recommend it.
