I have to say this location has the nicest, most efficient people to interact with. They remember you and treat you like family every time you come in. Try them out. They have open house going on now or ask to see if you can try a week. You will not be disappointed. Thank goodness my daughter introduced me to this place a few years ago.

I signed up for this spa last year. The second month, they advised that my payment did not go through, so I gave them my information again and all was well. I visited twice since the new year. During my visit on 2/17/22, the office guy informed me I have an option to pause the account and skip months. He offered this because he said “you’ve been paying every month and haven’t been here for a few months.” I thanked him and proceeded with my services. I went yesterday and bought a guest, asked if they could give her the tour also, as she may sign up too. Kayla at the Great Neck location, advised me that I could not receive my services until I paid $100 for two months missed. My account information never changed and I was never notified….PLUS – I showed her where $50 was just taken out of my account 3/1/22. She absolutely insisted on refusing me service without paying $100. In addition, the other customer that I bought there when I first signed up, cancelled after two months. She was still charged twice more in an admitted error of Sundays, and had to call to get refunded. What type of business refuses new business and a paying customer services for their error. I was never called, emailed or anything of the like about the issue. I have also been going there well after the months she mentioned I supposedly owed for. Kayla was rude and it was obvious it was their fault. How are you guys able to charge me for March all of a sudden. I never changed my account information, and I rarely check my bank account because I know there’s money there. IT IS SUNDAYS FAULT. THEIR BILLING IS SHADY!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I was in VA for a long work trip and wanted to leave with a nice tan. Every day that I came in I was impressed by the staff, they were always attentive and got me set up quickly. I loved having this a place I could stop in to relax for a bit. Much appreciated.

Terrible…. if you’re wanting to go tan do not go here… The employees are very short with you and are just trying to sell you something. For a spray tan here and I’ve had many many spray tans in my life and this time it came out blotchy. I complained and they said they could do nothing about it and it was my fault… stick with your small businesses for tanning

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCame in today with my girlfriend to have a “spa” day and it was more than a success! I enjoyed every bit of it and learning about all services offered! I did 3 red light therapy sessions and spray tan! I signed up for a membership! I will be a regular now, to say the least! Haha

I live at the oceanfront in VB, and Sunday’s Sun Spa tanning is the closest sunbed place near me. It is really a great place! Their beds/booths etc. are all awesome, and their staff is always super friendly and pleasant to deal with. Plus, they have really great hours : open @ 7:00am most days. Cool place, highly recommended.

TERRIBLE customer service. It’s extremely unfortunate that such a top notch salon with quality beds and product allows their business to be tainted with such unpleasant employees. After multiple confrontations on a variety of issues, I’ll never spend another dollar at this salon. Even after speaking to “management” (which is non existent…..no matter which number you call) multiple times, my issues were never resolved and was pretty much told to get over it. Sundays has a large presence in this area, but I firmly believe in quality customer service and as a customer we can still choose where to spend a hard earned dollar. I’d rather spend the extra money on gas traveling to another salon than supporting a business who could care less how their locations are ran or the satisfaction of their customers.

I love the Sundays salons! They have top quality beds and products and the girls who work there are always so welcoming. Also, they have much longer hours than most other salons. It’s very convenient for those who work odd hours. When I first moved to the area I tried several salons but nothing compares to this place. Give it a try!

The young sales lady who was working when I walked in as a new customer made a huge error describing the promotional tanning package Sunday’s was currently offering. I only wanted to purchase one session as this tanning salon is out of my way but after about 10 minutes she convinced me it just didn’t make sense to not purchase the package, which she described as “when you purchase the 10 session package, you will get 3 months of unlimited tanning in any level bed”. So I asked a couple of times because the deal sounded like a great low price for 3 months. She assured me that was their big monthly deal and I should get it while I had the chance. It was 130 or 180 it think, I can’t remember. But the next day I received a voicemail from the same young woman explaining that she had given me false information and that was not actually the case. It was 10 sessions or 1 month at the same price. I initially went in for only ONE session but she aggressively persuaded me to get this deal and I figured within 3 months it would be worth the savings. So I called back to tell her I didn’t want that package, as previously discussed, I’d just like 1 session so can you please adjust the charge to my card and charge me for just a single session as requested and credit my card back the balance. She said she could not, that their company policy was no refunds. I tried to explain to her that this was not a typical transaction, I understood the. I t find policy but you sold me something that didn’t exist. She hung up on me and didn’t answer my subsequent calls. I called everyday for a week to speak with a manager and discuss what had happened but none were ever there or available no one ever returned my call. At this point I was extremely frustrated with the complete lack of management, customer service and common courtesy to another human being. So I wrote a long email explaining the circumstances to the contact on the website and left all my contact info and again, was never responded to in any capacity from anyone at Sunday’s. I finally had to call my bank and have the charge removed as a fraudulent charge. Then to my shock, during the investigation they lied and said that I was lying and never contacted them for a refund and what I said happened didn’t happen. Needless to say, I am NOT a fan of Sunday’s. I have heard so many similar stories about how poor their customer service is and how they trick you in to buying packages but still have to pay additional fees to tan. I think because they are the only tanning place still operating they are desperate to make as much profit as they can before they can’t afford to stay open any more either. Everyone knows how horrible tanning is for your skin and that it greatly increases your risk of skin cancer but when your young you think your invisible. That being said, the fact that they are literally the last place left to get a fake tan, I take pleasure in the fact that their days are definitely numbered. You can’t keep any business successfully operating when you drive away any chance of creating a repeat customer with absolutely terrible and borderline deceptive customer service, especially in a nearly dead industry. Good Riddance Sunday!!!
