I have always loved going to Sundays until my membership was messed up when I froze my account. Very disappointed in management for not fixing the problem, especially when it was a mess up on their part. Sadly, I will be taking my business elsewhere after 5 years.

I frequent this place quite a bit. It’s a great spot to tan, sauna and red light therapy. As far as services go it’s very good. But there’s this one staff member that for some reason it seems as though she has an issue with me utilizing the same services. I understand the difference between introducing a customer to a new product/service and hounding them every chance they come in. It will be the reason I stop my business with this location. Fortunately they have other spots which are also great.

I have been with Sundays for four years now and I have never experienced a group of girls like the girls on Virginia Beach Blvd. These girls are so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable on product and services. This location also has two hybrid beds and all of the spa services, love the blvd store so much!!!

My daughter is a college student who signed up for service over Christmas break. No one told her about the 30 day cancellation policy. It’s in the fine print of the contract, but who really expects a college kid to read the fine print? She canceled 11 days before the billing date, is out of town, and cannot use the service. They refused to honor a request for a refund. Any business that preys on college kids is not respectable.
