Critical: ValueOn my way to cancel my membership. The staff at the locations I’ve been to (both Suffolk locations) were wonderful and knowledgeable and everything was always clean.My issue is this: I called a few months back to let them know that I needed to suspend my account since I would be out of state. No problem! Great… now I notice they’ve been continuing to take money out of my account for my membership the entire time. I called, left a message with customer care. A woman called me back and spoke to me in an accusatory tone and is checking cameras to look into it, even though I told her I had called and she had already rudely stated that they wouldn’t issue a refund or give credit.Why bother looking into it if you aren’t going to do anything about it?For being a sunny place- they sure have shady business practices.Service: TanningOn my way to cancel my membership. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGreat place to go if you do not care about how management treat their staff, I will never step foot in another sundays or ever give them another penny due to my terrible experience with managers gabby and jackie.
