We haven’t lived here long and this is the first time I’ve taken my daughter to get her hair done since we moved. She was very nervous but Kristen was amazing. She made my daughter feel comfortable and cut her hair exactly how she wanted. My daughter is still going around talking about how good she looks. We will definitely be coming back here.

I went to Suzanne for a shoulder length haircut. Unfortunately, she made a mistake and cut my front piece to chin length. At that point the damage was done and the cut continued. I was left with a chin length bob. No apology was provided or even an acknowledgement of her error. I attempted to sleep on it and see if I could feel comfortable with the cut. After still feeling completely insecure the next morning and many tears, I returned the next day to speak to Suzanne directly. She told me she “couldn’t help me today, obviously” but suggested I spend $230+tax on extensions and would cover the cost of installation. A half hearted sorry was provided at this time. I wasn’t willing to spend another $230 after $72 spent on a haircut that looked like Lord Farquaad’s, even if the installation is expensive. I reached out to the manager to share my experience and was told Suzanne’s offer was generous. That may be so, and i realize they can’t grow 3 inches of hair back for me, but an apology and a refund would have been more appropriate. I hate to write this, but frankly am doing it through another round of tears and for my own well being need to share my experience.

Michelle is FABULOUS!!!! Extremely knowledgeable about her profession and the beautiful work she does makes you feel like a million dollars. The re-construction of that particular business is amazing! Fantastically done which makes for such a warm and cozy feeling. Absolutely beautiful salon. And the prices are very reasonable!!! Michelle is FABULOUS!!! As soon as I walked in, Michelle was super friendly, offered me a beverage, and asked how my day was. The salon was sheik and glamorous, just a delight to be at. Michelle knew just how to get my hair perfect. The color was hip and the cut was just what I needed. I have never gotten so many compliments. She was great to talk to, offered beauty advice, and made me feel like no one else mattered- this hour was all about me. I can always trust Michelle to have the most stylish ideas. I completely trust her to transform my new do ! Not only with my hair, but she’s done my makeup as well. I always feel like a superstar after leaving! I would recommend Michelle and Sundance to any of my family and friends. The atmosphere is so relaxing yet fun. It’s just what I need to treat myself every few weeks!

I’m always happy with my hair thanks to Sundance and the talented stylists there. My daughter had her hair done there for prom 2 years ago and we all still talk about how amazing it looked. I’ve had a few wonderful massages done there too, as well as having my nails done. I’ve never been disappointed…always a great experience.
