Book with AJ if you have sports- related muscle soreness. She was able to bring relief to my neck, shoulders, and back and added some deep stretching. Highly recommend just going for the full hour but the half an hour was good if in a time crunch!

My fiance and I were on our way to brunch and we happened to see their Infrared sauna sign. I went in to inquire and the lady at the front desk was super helpful being it was something that I’ve never done. She gave all the benefits and everything we needed to know before we arrived. She even showed me what the double sauna looked like. So I booked it for two days out and when we arrived, we were taken to the sauna room and given a brief overview so we could get to the good part. We did a 15min session b/c we were newbies and we had a good amount of sweat! I would totally recommend! I can’t wait to go back!
