This was bought out by another owner who exchanged her business, changed the personnel and now is a better and more customer friendly business. They have two locations that are set up to the customer needs not the owners bottom line. I retract my previous one star post.

Never again…told me to come at 6 for an appointment, on my way there and they say…”can you wait till 6:30?” Well ok…I’m almost there but yes. Then I get in there and they JUST started spraying the 6pm client. So I’m waiting and waiting and they are back there having a good nice long conversation about this person and that person. And here I am not even gunna get talked to till after 7. No thank you. When I talked to the girl she said someone called about a 6pm slot but never confirmed. So she gave it to me. That should have been that and I should have never agreed to 6:30, but I thought they’d be more thoughtful of my time. Guess I was wrong. And all the girl at the front desk could say was “idk how long it take or how long it will be” Go find out before your client walks out like I did. YOUR loss and someone else’s gain.
