Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy first time here and I love it! Erica (I believe her name is) helped me and she was super friendly and helpful. She walked me through each bed I purchased and explained the different levels to me. Everything looked clean and the beds seemed to be well maintained.

Critical: Quality, ValueI haven’t tanned in 15 years so you might as well say I’m new to tanning came here bought a month on level 3 and 4 beds which cost 95$ I took almost the whole month to get A base tan. So at the end of month I decided to renew with the platinum membership which was The next one up so levels 5 and 6 which cost 105$ but there’s only one level 6 and the two level fives in my opinion are no better than the level III bed. But not only that The first day I bought my membership nobody explained anything to me nobody showed me the different beds I had to ask everything even after telling her that I hadn’t tanned in a very long time. I had to learn about everything all on my own or ask which in my opinion is not very good customer service. I had a week left of my membership and ended up not going back!!!! I Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I found a new place that is literally half the cost for better equipment and they actually gave me a tour and explained how all the equipment works unlike sunburst WONT BE GOING BACK EVER!!!
