Very unfriendly staff. I walked in at 915pm and she made sure to make me feel very unwelcome, even though they close at 10pm. She kept saying “I will do you this favor once, but that’s it.” Anyone should know that people don’t go get a tan so late for fun, it is what my schedule allowed. Very rude and unprofessional and forgetthe whole point of customer service.

The Manager & staff are All Amazing & treat you great from explaining how the tanning bed works & how long you need too stay in the bed (especially if u haven’t been there in awhile) & this is for both Sunbelievable’s places. By far the best tanning salon I’ve ever been too. Very clean, staff is always helpful, rarely have to wait even without having an appointment. Great selection of tanning lotions and beds. I have never left feeling like I didn’t get color. The staff is knowledgeable so they won’t throw you in a bed that you will burn in if you haven’t been tanning in a while. If you want a spray tan this is the place to go as well.

Really nice staff, really knowledgeable on what machines are appropriate for skin tone and how to build tan: they have lots of sales each month with money off points packages and lotions or 3 month point packages. They have at least 10 machines that can also be reserved by phone, lots of them are clean with up to date bulbs and music & fan systems that are customizable; they also have wipes towels in each room, goggles can be purchased at the front desk. I like the pineapple and blueberry machines they are really effective and ergoline is great for more advanced tanners too. Sunday deals are great you can buy lotion to tan instead of using your points. In general points last a year and you can even explore their standing self tan spray booths if you like that more( they have really good bride and groom packages too where they get one free tanning package). Overall this place is great for all levels with no gimmicks or hidden fees. I had a great tanning experience. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about all the different products. I was very nervous about tanning but the staff was GREAT, They are very talented young women and passionate about the business of tanning. The beds are clean and well maintained. The price is right and I travel across the Island just to go there. I Would highly recommend tanning here for all my friends and family.

Clean and prompt. However, my daughter went for a spray tan and followed directions to every detail. She has had spray tans before. The front of her legs were blotchy and uneven. She went back to seek help and was sold a bottle of some self tanner that “might” help to make it better. It didn’t. I went back with her and we kept being told that her skin must have been too dry and that’s why it turned out so blotchy and uneven. This has never happened at any other tanning salon. I asked for her money back on the spray bottle of self tanner and was told that they don’t really do that. They would need to call the owner. I offered to gladly speak to the owner. She ended up giving her the money back from her own pocket which I truly appreciate. In the end, the staff was very nice, but the tan wasn’t so good.

Exceptionally Clean and bright! Not dark and dingy to hide the filth like other tanning places…Huge facility with a shopping section that has hats, scarfs, shawls, shirts, tank tops, sweat pants, jewelry, clutches, pocketbooks AND MORE!!!! Staff is super nice and the prices are just right! LOVE <3 LOVE <3 LOVE <3 This tanning Salon!... and they are open late which fits my needs as well :)

I have been tanning/spray tanning for 25+ years and she is BY FAR the best qnd the tanning spray that she uses seems to be the best for thus far. She is so nice friendly and always hits the nail on thr head on what look I am going for. She even tries to contour your body when spray tanning. Her availability is always accommodating . I think i will always come to her here or wherever she goes lol.
