I cannot say enough good things about this tanning salon! This place has great beds and even better service! Some of the best customer service I have experience in quite some time! I wasn’t sure about packages or beds and I got all the help I needed. The place was kept very clean and I got the results I was looking for to get ready for a trip. Comparable prices and easy to get too with tons of parking! Just a note to call when you are parked and they will let you know when your room is ready for you.

The customer service here is amazing! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Tanning salons are typically insane, this one is well organized and I love how you can make an appointment for your session/bed. Speaking of beds, I have had the best tan since I started coming here. I just had my 4th session and I’ve started seeing results instantly without feeling burnt.

Went to be “painted” but didn’t get the expected results. On the bottom of my legs, right were the foot starts, and in the middle of my breast the paint was simply horrible with darker spots. Underneath my breast, was white, as well as the surrounding area of my face. I received a quick instruction as to how to wear the cap but I think a better instruction is needed. It was embarrassing. Not doing it again.

I originally had a spray tan appointment scheduled at a different company who had cancelled on me the morning of, on the Friday of my wedding weekend. I called sunbelievable as soon as they opened and their technician Brittany was willing to see my as soon as she got to work (15 minutes after my initial phone call) before her other scheduled appointments. I’m so thankful for how accommodating they were and the spray tan turned out excellent. I will definitely be returning for any spray tans in the future.

Staff was knowledgeable about safety and suggested the right amount of times to achieve a pre travel tan without burn. Place is clean, great parking, well ventilated, the beds were fully functional, and I didn’t sweat. They provided a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

This place would deserve more stars but unfortunately their payment policies are unfair. They don’t tell you that if you pay using a debit card that they charge you an extra 3.9% fee on top of tax and the 10% excise tanning fee. However, If you pay in cash the 3.9% fee is waived. We are in a pandemic most people do not carry cash and to charge a fee for using a card to pay is so unfair to customers. At least Let your customers know so that they can have the option to get cash and avoid the extra fees. I also think this business is not thinking of the safety of their employees by accepting more cash payments would lead to more contamination by hand to hand contamination. The staff is very nice young ladies they all do a nice job and and perform good customer service. I have to say Brittany is really good at her job and goes out of her way to please the customers she knows the business well and makes customers feel comfortable give that girl a raise with the extra fees your charging your loyal customers for using their debit cards. I don’t even see a sign up front that says we will be charged an extra fee for using a debit card and if there is it is not visible to the customers with all the extra PPE installed it obstructs normal view. I still think they should mention it so customers have the option to pay in cash. Other than this the place is nicely kept up it’s a small place but it is convenient it is not very new the place looks older looking from most other newer tanning places but it has more of a older home appeal comfortable clean and tidy the girls do a good job with cleaning. The prices are competitive except for that extra debit card fee charge is unfair.

This is by far the best salon for all my tanning needs! Very professional and very clean. All the staff are so sweet and welcoming. I am Always walking out a satisfied customer and looking great! Between the half price days and the great rates I don’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this tanning salon to everyone.

Staff is very helpful and attentive to clients. Atmosphere is very friendly, beds are clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend tanning here. I was nervous about my first tanning experience but the staff was very knowledgeable about the beds and the products. I had a great experience and have sent many of my friends to your facility. Great place keep up the good work!!!!
