I had a hydro facial today at Sunbear Salon & Medical Spa. It was AMAZING! The esthetician I saw was Leah. She was fantastic! The room was quaint and so comfortable. She addressed my skincare concerns and made wonderful recommendations to enhance my daily routine as well. She was so kind, knowledgeable and has a great touch! I felt so relaxed and refreshed when I was done. I will definitely be going back to see her for other services. The Salon was so clean, and everyone was so friendly! Loved the experience!

Had heard great things about Sunbear so my friend and I decided to have a girls day with the awaken spa package. Her massage got canceled a few days prior but she was still going in for the facial. No one called me regarding my appointment, so I was assuming I was still getting a facial and massage as the package on the website states. Showed up and they said they only had me for a massage. When I let the receptionist know that no one called to let me know she was very rude and made no apology for the mix up. Was looking forward to a day of pampering but I guess I should be happy I even got half the package deal.

She did such an incredible job, service was amazing and I could tell she truly has the best interest of her clients in mind. We went into detail of the style and color I was looking for and could not have asked for a better outcome! My husband and I both had a 90 minute massage at Sunbear Salon. This is where the similarities end because we each had a very different experience and why I’m only giving 3 stars. He left the appointment feeling very relaxed and had zero complaints. While I left feeling like I ruined the massage therapists day. She told me at least 5 times how much she hates 90 minute massages, constantly cleared her throat [it was ridiculous and made it hard to relax] and overall the message was mediocre. Just my luck! Hope you have better experience!
