I stop into this tanning salon from time to time when I’m in the area and do a single visit. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the beds pricing and variety of retail. Allison who is an employee is extremely knowledgeable helpful professional cheerful kind and upbeat! She answers every question in descriptive detail gives great recommendations and she’s always smiling and positive she is an asset to the company! I am really glad the store in Perry was closed! I did not know the one in Perry had been sold because all the signs there say sunbeam! Well I will Noe be going to the “real” Sunbeam Tanning Salon in North Canton. I actually got there at 8:30 pm, Kaitlynn was manning the desk when I came in and even though it was close to closing time, and most people are antsy to go and don’t like last minute customers, she was great. She quickly got me signed up and entered in the system, recommended the ultra bed along with a lotion which I bought of course and liked. After I paid a very reasonable 9 dollars in change, she walked me back to the room and gave me a run down of how everything all the while being very friendly and professional. The bed was relaxing and well worth it! I will DEFINITELY be going back!! Kaitlynn, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the great beds had me sold! They got themselves another loyal customer.

The 2 girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I enjoyed talking with them as I filled out some preliminary client info. I haven’t been tanning for long, but I was very pleased with how I was treated and the bed quality. The rooms were clean, plenty of room to undress and hang up coats/purses. There was a stand alone fan as well as cooling fans inside the bed which made tanning very comfortable.This may be my regular weekly spot to tan. 🙂

So I go in this morning with CD in hand apparently Angela didn’t notice it she puts me in bed number 7 that come to find out the radio doesn’t work and my CD is stuck and unable to get out. She refused to call owner Tammy because she is scared I will want to talk with her or yell in the neck ground I demand for her to call owner and come to find out she is in the middle of a marathon and can’t deal with customer service issues at this time just leave a note in office and we will retrieve cd at a later time. Then they put me in another bed and it doesn’t close so I have to go locate the worker she has to do something with the fan that is built on the bed so it closes. As I leave Angela apologize to me about CD and let me know she added an additional day back on my package and she left a note for the owner about my CD. I told her the CD was probably older then she was and I would like it back asap since it has sentimental value so it definitely needs to be in working order when I get it back. The customer service is horrible here. This could have all been avoided if they just had asked or told me the radio didn’t work in bed 7 then I would have simpling asked for a different bed. Can’t lay in a bed for 20 minutes in silence.

Most owners will bend over backwards to please a customer however, not the owner of Sunbeam. I was in the process of giving her employee my name when she comes out of a bed, starts talking to her employee totally ignoring me, didn’t excuse herself for interrupting, even pulls her employee away from the counter to get her something! You are just plain RUDE! Contrary to what you believe your customers & social media can make or break your business. Shame on you for thinking people are beneath you, I’ll use up my last 2 visits & then sayonara Sunbeam there are way too many other salons that do appreciate their customers.
