Critical: QualityI wanted some color for a wedding in 5 days. I purchased the 5 session Extreme bed tanning package for 80 bucks! No color whatsoever in 5 consecutive days at the max 12 min. I even bought the extremely expensive lotion they recommended. The only compensation they offered me was 3 more sessions! If I did not see results in 5 days I won’t see any results in 3 more visits. I wanted some color for a wedding in 5 days. I purchased the 5 session Extreme bed tanning package for 80 bucks! No color whatsoever in 5 consecutive days at the max 12 min. Been going here since I was 16 years old. Always clean, super friendly staff!! They change their bulbs frequently, so I always get the best color and lots of compliments! Ty for being awesome sunbeam

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI sure did let the staff know how I felt after I got out of the bed and realized the door to my room had been open the whole time I’m sure anybody would be upset but instead I have been lied to and lied on told the door is my fault because the handle had just been replaced…. which is funny because clearly there’s been a problem with the door smh ever since COVID this place has not been the same costumer service and staff is completely different, dirty beds, bulbs out, cold beds and over used bulbs. Rather then taking responsibility for their poor business they have “banned”/told me to not come back and are refusing to refund me for my package. After 17 years I am proudly looking for a new tanning salon I believe karma will handle this situation accordingly.
