Critical: ProfessionalismI use to come here about 10 years ago but as of recently the customer service is bad. This is the second time I’ve come back this year and the girl you have up there now has absolutely no customer service skills. I asked her about the tanning beds and prices, she just gave one word answers and her attitude was not friendly or helpful. Both times she was on her phone while interacting with me. I felt like both times I was bugging her just for asking questions. I usually come in later in the afternoon, and it is a heavy set Latina girl with dark hair pulled back.
