NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY!!! My daughter signed up and was told she could cancel after the first draft. When she went in to cancel on the 2nd of the month after her 1st draft, she was told that she would not be allowed to cancel unless she paid the $45 that was supposed to have been drafted out of her debit card…..which I show nothing on her bank account where a draft was attempted. So basically, because she came in after the 1st of the month…by 1 day….they are holding her to that “pro-rated” charge for services. If not paid, she cannot cancel. I understand no refund if already paid, but no pymt was taken. In addition to that, she signed up for $35 per month and they drafted $47! Person I spoke with stated it was taxes. $12 in taxes for $35!! That’s crazy! Lastly, you are REQUIRED to be there in person to cancel. Not Cool SunTime! Don’t go there if you only want to tan for a special occasion like prom or something…..you may end up spending a lot more than you planned to due to their cancellation policy being very financially beneficial for them but not so much for you!

Terrible paid for a tanning package went to tan few times for them to tell me to call customer service and they gave me an 800 number never could get through to the 800 number so I went back and asked them what was the problem they said all they could do was refer me to customer service when I checked my checking account my fee had came out for $96 for a whole month tan that was never used and never got reimbursed like I said never could get through to customer service they like to take your money and then put holds on your accounts and not continue to let you can
