I have tanned at STC for years and have never had a bad experience! Staff is very friendly & knowledgable on products. One gal even helped me find my holy grail lotion I’d never think about going elsewhere. I understand everyone is short staffed now days but I can’t even count how many times I have left without tanning in the last few months. One worker no clean beds and a line out rhe foyer. I spend $84 to tan a month and would have to wait 30 to 40 minutes to get a bed. Or even worse come in and the manager Rilev and cori on their phones at the front desk while a new girl tries to figure out how to check you in

I have tanned here for years at multiple locations. The Kearney salon isn’t the great experience it used to be. They seem to be short staffed but there are times when they just check people in and don’t clean beds. The rooms aren’t as clean as they used to be, and some of the staff is unprofessional. I have overheard gossiping and some of the workers look like they’re in their pajamas or short shorts, and a few aren’t friendly. It seems like they hired people just to have a staff and it shows.

The people who work there have always been very friendly and are willing to help you out with anything you need. The beds have always been high quality and very clean. You generally never have to wait for a bed, if you do it’s not very long.

In January 2018 I signed up for a membership at the Kearney, Nebraska site. I intended to tan for a month prior to a trip to the Dominican Republic. I told the clerk that I only wanted the membership for one month and she said she would cancel it after I was charged for the month. This did not happen and I found recently that I have been charged $84 a month for the past year even though I have not used it since the end of January last year. I spoke to “customer service” and they were unwilling to refund any part of the bogus charges even though it was the fault of their clerk for not cancelling the membership after one month as I had requested. Total rip off and will never use them again.

The staff are wonderful they know their clientele very well they know their products even better they have great sales I have been a loyal customer for well over a year now the bed bug streamly clean including the building is extremely clean maintenance is kept up on all beds and the bulbs are changed regularly I have never had a bad experience at Sun Tan City
