I went in to ask about various products and services offered and found the girls that greeted me to be very delightful and very knowledgeable about all the products and services offered. The salon is clean and neat and the girls were kind and I noticed they were very nice to everyone that came in and greeted most by name and with a smile! I would recommend this location to everyone!

Salon is not clean, priorities like cleaning and customer care take a backseat to manipulating you into overpriced products and services. I went to tan in a bed right after an employee tanned in it and supposedly cleaned it for me, but the bed had sweaty prints on the acrylic and had not been wiped down well at all. I get mistakes happen but when I brought this up to the employee who is supposedly in management, I was given serious attitude and she stood there in silence ignoring me. I ended up just cleaning the bed myself. They’re cutting corners when it comes to cleaning, and can’t even clean up after themselves when a paying client wants to tan. Really disgusting. Management is a bunch of unprofessional college girls who got their first “grown up” job and feel more important than they are, they don’t care about giving you service and taking care of a business. Don’t bother.

If you’re getting a spray tan do NOT get use the Versa Pro machine. I woke up today and my tan didn’t even develop and I look the exact same as I did walking in the tanning salon. This has happened every single time they assign me to the versa pro. Also the lady at the front desk was pretty rude and asked me 3x if I wanted extra leg after I already said yes. I’ve either gotten the nicest people in the world at this location or stuck up ladies. I’m going to go back in and request to redo my tan but I’m upset because my event is TONIGHT. Very disappointed:( I like this location and sun tan city but the versa pro doesn’t do Jack if you are in need of a nice full coverage tan. I look the EXACT same every time I’ve used it.

This location has the newest, most up to date beds, but unfriendly staff! Sometimes when I check in I don’t even get asked how long I want to tan??!?! Refusing to offer me eye goggles or eye stickers? Saying “you were out.” Whoever the little kid is that worked at night last night, let her know a lawsuit might be pending. Tell her to fix her attitude as well. You all can apologize for rude customer service, but when it comes to not offering or having eye protection on site at a tanning salon in the US? Besides the fact that all the girls here are incredibly nice and always greet you with a smile, this salon has seemed to go above and beyond for cleaning and disinfecting. There are little timers on the wall outside each bed to make sure they’ve had enough time to completely disinfect, and the girls are more than happy to answer any questions about the process or anything else. I think her name is Taylor?! I’m so sorry if I’m wrong! But she has been amazing from day 1 and is the reason I stuck with this salon.
