Critical: ProfessionalismI canceled my membership while they were closed due to the virus. I contacted them via contact us. They took money out of my account immediately when they reopened without my permission and without me even knowing they reopened. I contacted their customer service to which they told me they would not refund my money and claim that they did not receive my contact. Poor business decision on their part. I really can’t believe over $30 they are willing to lose a customer. And by the way, they are way more expensive than MaxTan. Take your tanning money there. I canceled my membership while they were closed due to the virus. I contacted them via contact us. They took money out of my account immediately when they reopened without my permission and without me even knowing they reopened.
