I actually love this place. The girls at the desk are always super friendly, its clean and they have great specials… But yesterday I drove 15 miles to take advantage of the $10 double dip (last day of special), checked the hours online prior to leaving, website said they close at 8pm and that those hours had been updated a week ago… arrived at 6:15 pm and the girl was locking up the salon. This is not the first time i have driven there only to find a closed up shop. This place would get five stars, no doubt, if they could just get their hours straight.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came in to tan and there was a lot of people that came to tan at once and these ladies handled it so well. Mikayla and Kayhilu were both very professional and kept a smile on the whole time, pleasant to all customers, and fast at getting people in and out as well as cleaning the beds. I came in to tan and there was a lot of people that came to tan at once and these ladies handled it so well. Mikayla and Kayhilu were both very professional and kept a smile on the whole time, pleasant to all customers, and fast at getting people in and out as well as cleaning the beds. I think this is the best Sun Tan City location. I’ve had a membership here off and on over the last 8 years or so and recently started up my membership again about a month ago. This location in Bellevue is my favorite because the workers are always really nice and helpful and they do a great job cleaning. If I have questions about possible upgrades or specials they are running or different lotions they always take the time to fully explain everything they have to offer or help me make a decision on which lotion is best for my skin type. At other Sun Tan City locations I tended to avoid asking questions because the employees were so rude plus the beds always seemed to be half-cleaned. I’m so glad we’ve moved closer to this location again for the service and cleanliness!

Critical: Punctuality, ValueThis is the second time in two weeks that I’ve had issues with Suntan City in Bellevue. I’ve gone here for a few years and it’s normally been just OK, but I just know the local competition that my husband goes to never has any issues. Tonight they have a “system down”. Other times they have had issues with their sprayers getting clogged. Another time they had issues with their system again and I really can’t even explain the last issue they had but they couldn’t find me in the system or they had two accounts with my name on it. Again not my problem. I normally don’t like to write bad reviews especially in Bellevue, but I’ve actually had enough. I had an event that I wanted to be tan for and you can NOT count on them to be working properly! I would not recommend going here. If you don’t currently go here, go to the competition because there’s never many, if any, issues there.
