Very disappointed. No one was there to open on Saturday, several people waiting, some had come from the Olathe location and said it was closed. I drive a distance to this location because they have a stand up and the other locations do not. I paid for my visits through the end of the year. I should have never done that! I contacted Sun Tan City for a partial refund as I do not want to continue there. I am was told they would credit me 2 free tans and that was all they would do for me. I am so disappointed. I asked to speak to a manager and was told someone would call me in 48 hours. Horrible! Do not waste your time or money.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI go to this Sun Tan City all the time, even when they’re the further from me than the other ones I choose this one. This one is not only open late than the other ones but the people who work here are all FANTASTIC! Danni is one of my favorite these days! She always remembers details about me (like how I have terrible allergies to most tanning lotions) and always makes sure my bed is super clean and lets me know when they have new lotions that may not make me itchy! I go to this Sun Tan City all the time, even when they’re the further from me than the other ones I choose this one. This one is not only open late than the other ones but the people who work here are all FANTASTIC! Danni is one of my favorite these days! In September I was told my contract no longer allowed 20 mins tans on fast bed. Lawrence, or olathe was 15mins. Rip off change of contract while your in it. I will not re new here . They can make changes & not tell you. Customer caring is gone .

I absolutely love this location, every time I go they know exactly what I need to get me set up for the best possible experience. I went in for a spray tan and they helped me understand my options for color tones and different upgrades that I didn’t even know were available and it was fantastic! I will definitely be returning to them in the future for more spray tans!

The staff are very friendly and always smiling and eager to get you checked in so you can get in and out in a timely manner. Their beds are cleaned down by the staff and always clean including the room. There are multiple options including lay down beds, stand up, and spray tanning. Great location and I am glad I stopped by to visit them and ended up joining!

Tanned here for my first time in YEARS the other day and was very pleased with the service I received. I had no idea which bed I wanted/needed, which lotion I should get, how long I should tan, anything. The ladies were super friendly, gave me a tour of all the beds, and made sure that I got lotion and the proper time in the bed for my skin tone. They made everything so easy!
