Great beds. Just wish you would add another Instant lay down bed at your West Republic location. It’s hardly ever available to those of us who pay for membership when you run free tans & cheap tans. It’s very frustrating.

Staff are always polite and professional. They do try and sell lotions and things but aren’t pushy if you’re not interested. Their prices are fair and there’s multiple tanning bed options. They do an excellent job of keeping the beds clean. I will continue to tan here as they continue to meet my expectations of polite staff and clean facility.

Theyre moslty always nice. Just a couple staff aren’t but the others are very sweet The facility is always clean. Don’t come late or they will be really rude to you even though they’re not closed yet they will treat you as if they’re already closed. Even though I chose this company over the others because they stayed open until 11pm And I worked night shift. Now they close at 9. So I have to try to get all kids settled by 830 all dogs taken care of or I can’t go so now I’m waisting my money and can barely go.

This is by far the best Sun Tan City location in Springfield, MO. After a poor experience at one of the other locations, the staff at this location ensured the mistake made at the other location was remedied and ensured I was taken care of when the other location did not bother to do so. The staff here is always professional, friendly, and efficient, regardless of the wait if there one. You are always greeted with a smile and easy conversation. Not only is the staff fantastic, but the beds are great quality beds and the store is always clean. I will continue to tan here as long as I continue tanning.
