Not sure why I pay so much money to tan when they’re literally never open. First they started closing at 8pm every night because it’s “slow season” how is winter slow season tho?? Now I’ve been sitting outside of the salon for 20 mins because there is a sign on their door saying they will open again at 4pm. It’s 4:40. It’s honestly ridiculous. I would start tanning somewhere else but the closet tanning salon besides sun tan is 30 mins away. Honestly might be better than this tho.

When I walked in, I explained to the girl at the counter that I wanted to just tan 1 time before a vacation, and that I wouldn’t be back to their location due to being an hour from home. She said the cheapest I could tan for was $40 for a 1 time session. I pulled up the website on my phone and showed her that I could see the different levels offered at a 1 time rate, ranging from $15 to $40 in different beds. She said they couldn’t offer that and asked if I wanted to do the $40 or not. I asked again why I couldn’t do a lower bed. She then back pedals and says I could do a 1 time tan in the Instant bed for $9.99 plus tax. Way different than a minimum of $40 like she started with. Why do businesses do this? Quit trying to take advantage of people. Also, in bed #16, the part you lay on appeared clean, but underneath it, the glass was covered in hair and dust. Even if I lived in the area, I would not go back. Rude people, sketchy business tactics, and dirty beds. Also, my skin is very unevenly burnt and splotchy all over. I purchased a lotion and used it evenly.

Would stop coming if I wasn’t already paid up for the year. Sat for 30 minutes while multiple people were able to go ahead of me with open beds as well. She claimed she didn’t know I was double dipping yet we had discussed time and the spray options and my fast bed and sunless were both open so I was left to sit for fun. Most of the girls are great but my last 2 experiences have been trash.

This place is great and all prices are competitive. Staff is young and eager. Beds I seem to find they don’t change there bulbs until absolutely have to. The last 2 years I feel I’m getting color from the lotion not the bulbs. I usually get tanned in a week. Now it has been a month and I get more color laying in the sun for 1 hour than I have going for a whole month in the fastest bed.

Good experience while actively using the membership. But as I froze my account I still got charged. Turns out the girl didn’t properly put it in the system and also forgot to give me the proof that I froze the account. Will not return and very disappointed that they stole my money..

Large salon with so many options!! The prices are great and they always run great discounts on their lotions!! The girls are very friendly and knowledgeable about all things tanning. Definitely recommend!

I used to tan frequently this year I suppose I’ve just been too busy or occupied with other things….how clever it was to throw out a free tan week promotion….yep exactly what I needed to remind me what I was missing and as this was my first visit to this particular salon I was definately impressed high quality beds and products, friendly knowledge staff…5 star review from me:)

worst customer service, satisfaction is not guaranteed, do not recommend. This is the worst company I have ever delt with. They’ll do anything to try and take your money. The last 3 times I tanned I made sure to tell staff that I wanted my membership cancelled after this month since I’ve had issues with them in the past charging me. They said it would be canceled each time I told them but yet they never gave me a cancellation slip. I looked and saw I was charged $50 for the next month after I already told them multiple times I did not want to continue. I called customer service and they said there was no proof of a cancellation. Absolutely absurd considering it was staffs responsibility to give me the cancellation slip and I made sure to tell them multiple times. They’ll do anything to sneak around and take your money. Save your time and money and go somewhere else! Absolute scam.

I always get there right before they close but they still have great attitudes. The beds are super nice, clean and always getting new bulbs. If you can catch a special then its worth it. The regular prices are a bit high but otherwise this place is dope.
