Great customer service. Employees are always very helpful to answer questions and help you choose what spray tan that will work best for you. I forgot my wedding ring and I was about to leave to get in my car and the lady came running out to give it to me. I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend Sun Tan City.

Loved the spray tan machines. Got the app so I could make appointments online . Never worked. Had at least 3 different receptionists try to fix it but never worked. Went one morning place was closed because worker didn’t show up. Went one day and machine was broken because workers didn’t shut down correctly. Went today and the wait was about 45 minutes because of course I can’t make a appointment . Don’t bother. It’s severely dysfunctional here . Get a bottle of bronzer!

Easy in and out and clean tanning salon. There is a young lady named Rachel that works there and she is amazing. I stopped in there and they were short staffed and the place was a rocking. I watched her sell a membership, check in a line out the door and clean beds to keep the flow moving. Yes, I had to wait several minutes, but that was fine. Rachel did not miss a beat and not once did she look frazzled or stressed, she ran that line down with a smile. Nice work; impressive!

The pricing was in the average range, but the beds are very high quality and you can tell that the staff do a great job of making sure everything is cleaned and wipes down properly. If the girls can offer you a discount or a deal or an upgrade, they do. They seem very dedicated to giving their customers and guests a great experience which is only going to make more people want to keep coming back. I know I will.

Critical: ProfessionalismI am a return customer who has used this service prior to vacationing for 6 years. My recent experiences have been horrible. I’m not sure if you are short staffed but every time I come in there is 1 person working the register. I wait in line for longer than it takes me to tan. On several occasions I have encountered Dani. She is rude, does not smile, and will walk up front appearing to do paperwork at the register while there is a line of people waiting to be checked in and an open computer to use. When she is done, she walks away not helping the line. Mopping was more important than helping the people waiting in line to be checked in tonight. There are open beds, yet everyone has to wait. For someone in a customer service role, this is unacceptable.
