I loved it! My biggest fear was that the spray tan would make me look orange and they talked me through the process with what product will work to prevent the orange. Super clean facility. Very easy ladies to work with.

The worst tanning establishment…Dont ever sign up for their monthly package…i cancelled my account only to wake up to them withdrawing 170 from my account and will not refund! then said im still obligated to pay another 3 months! I have had tanning memberships at many different places and I would have to say that Sun Tan City is absolutely the WORST place to tan. They literally scam you out of your money by charging Your card when they are not supposed to.Then agreed to refund the money yet never do they. When dealing with their corporate office it’s nothing but a bunch passing you on from one person to another. Overall absolutely the worst place!

Came in to do my Spray tan today and the told lady in the front desk i came in what I usually do, I handed her my Drivers license just because I lost my membership card & told me that she couldn’t find me on the system I also told her I recently came last week and they didn’t have any problems finding me so what did I called the Customer service so see what was going on and they said they did not have any problems finding me as well the time was I was gonna go back to talk to her it was already closed. I wasn’t happy with service I received. I also forgot to mention when i came in she wasn’t really nice to me just to the other Customers.

The beds are always clean and online check-in is super quick and gets me to the front of the line. They recently got a new bed and I really like it.

Drove hour each way just to tan, as usual, and employee informs me my account is locked and can’t provide me with a reason as to why. Won’t let me tan, and no reason why. Gave me a number to call, I called 4 times. Doesn’t even ring, just goes to automated voicemail. Been sitting here a half hour now, they still refuse to let me tan, still no answer on number they provided me, and still no returned call to address/fix whatever issue there may be. Two hour drive, just to sit here and wait, with no guarantee it’ll even be worth it, and if I’ll get to tan regaurdless. Not a happy customer, they need to find a better way, or someone who is present as employee, should have some form of knowledge to be able to communicate with customers or at least a number to contact someone who can address the problem. Employee informed me “there is nobody they can call, and nothing they can do.” Epic fail on their part today with customer service

I have been tanning and sunless tanning for years and have never had an experience like this. It was my first time at this salon my roommate was with me. This woman did not take the time to explain anything and was immediately uninterested in me once I said I would not like to purchase a lotion. My roommate was being checked in the same time as me and was treated completely different. I was told to just listen in to another conversation when it was time to sign the waivers and discuss my skin type. Completely unprofessional. I would ask a question and she wouldn’t even answer and everything was very rushed and it was clear I wasn’t worth her time. Went in for the $5 spray tan black friday deal…girls at the front desk never mentioned the deal/promo and charged me $30. Might be partly my fault for not bringing it up but I was stunned and just trying to get them to stop up selling me stuff I didn’t need. Shouldn’t you guys know your own promotions/deals and be offering them to customers? Really sad I wasted $25 when I could’ve spent only $5.
